Stirling Dynamics is recruiting an Office Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover) to join the Stirling Dynamics Support Service team.


The Office Administrator will cover office management and administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the business during an exciting period of growth.


This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week, although we can be flexible on how these hours are split over the week. 


Whilst we have a separate receptionist role, the Office Administrator may need to provide occasional support to reception to cover annual leave or sickness.


This role will be based in our Bristol office however as part of our commitment to flexible working, employees are able to work remotely. Please note that due to the nature of the role, some office working will be required.


  • Support with health and safety duties
  • Management of any company cars
  • Support with ad-hoc travel and accommodation bookings
  • Monitoring and reviewing office management suppliers
  • Ordering office supplies such as stationery and office consumables
  • Oversee planned maintenance and ad hoc repair work in relation to facilities management
  • Upkeep of all office management-related trackers such as office orders, travel booking and taxi booking trackers
  • Occasional reception support to cover annual leave or sickness


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • NVQ in Administration or equivalent preferred but not essential
  • Fully licensed driver preferable but not essential

Competitive Package (Grade 1 - 2, £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience)
