Join our Graduate Programme and gain invaluable experience across three different engineering capabilities as well as our project management and business management functions, giving you a thorough understanding of our entire business. You will also benefit from a dedicated mentor to guide and support you throughout the programme.
Applications will close on 30th November 2025, ready for interviews in January 2026. The start date will be September 2026.
This role will be predominantly based in our Bristol office with occasional travel to our clients’ sites as required.
You’ll complete four rotations, three across engineering capability teams with the fourth covering Project Management, Business Development and/or Business Management.
You will experience three engineering rotations from the below list:
You’ll be assigned an experienced mentor who will be able to support your development throughout the graduate programme and will support you in your Chartership application to an Engineering Professional Body.
A minimum of a 2:1 (achieved or on track for) in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar.
